My name is Sarah and I love mission critical design.

I am a dot-connector who leverages systems thinking, behavioral psychology, and visual communication to leave things better than I’ve found them. Nomadic at heart, I've worked between coasts and countries, cross-culturally and cross-functionally, to craft mission critical products and services.

Currently exploring the power of AI at Slalom where I’ve solved some wicked problems for clients in Healthcare, Utilities, and Transportation.

Previously you could find me empowering restaurants through the peak of the pandemic at Toast, and driving deep operational efficiencies at EF / Education First.
